An Introspective look at my Personal Brand

Have you ever wondered what other people think about you?  Do they see you as a leader or a follower?  Do they think you are lazy or have boundless energy?  How do the people you interact with on a regular basis really perceive you.  Well, several weeks ago I came across a firm that has a very interesting tool.  Essentially the tool allows you to poll these very same people to get their candid, anonymous input on what your strengths are and what areas you may need improvement in.

The tool is completely web based, and e-mail driven.  You can even send out thank you notes to those that have responded and reminders to those who have been slow in responding.  After a couple of weeks, you can complete the process, where the tool will collate all of the responses and give you a report on exactly how all the respondents think of you.  It is quite an introspective process to go thorough.  I have been using the tool now for just over two weeks, and the responses are very interesting.  Although some don’t surprise me, there are some comments and selections that were truly eye opening.

I am looking to wrap up the process in the next week or so.  I am coming up with a way to share some of the information that I have collected.  Stay tuned for an update.

If you are interested in learning more about this tool, check out 360 Reach Consulting’s website for additional information and to sign up to use the tool.
