About Tom Caddoo

Tom is a versatile, innovative IT Director with 16+ years experience defining strategic objectives and applying leadership skills to achieve dramatic, bottom-line results.  Tom’s broad expertise spans IT operations, financial management, enterprise-level system architecture/design (including SOA, Netuitive, Tideway, & Data Synapse environments) and LAN/WAN data/voice systems administration.  Tom has a track record of achievement managing $MM, multi-year projects, technology & process re-engineering efforts and strategic outsourcing initiatives for major organizations such as Florida Power and Light and GE Capital.

Tom is Chief Architect of Enterprise Systems Management Adaptivity in Charlotte, NC.  He is responsible for driving transformational change for clients that are embracing cloud technologies to transform the way in which their IT systems deliver increased business value and agility for their business.  Tom is also pursuing a MBA in Finance at East Carolina University and expects to graduate in the Fall of 2011.

Tom and his family live in Denver, NC,  a community just outside Charlotte on the shores of Lake Norman.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, golf, and is a licensed private pilot.
